Interesting topics, but so confused about this “Film Draft” section. What is it you guys are doing with all this?

  2. Taos says:

It’s just an archive of our “Film Draft” picks. We’ve been picking good films in the style of the NFL draft. Mostly it is an excuse to put forth interesting films and do a short (very) write up concerning them.

  3. Taos says:

Speaking of which, you’re up David.

I think we need to hire someone to update this section. Maybe i’ll begrudgingly do it soon..

  4. David says:

    Updated.

  5. Taos says:

    Awesome!

  6. I like.
In fact, just watched “It Happened One Night” because of this thing

    =)

  7. Taos says:

    Thoughts? Did you enjoy it?

    Hope you did 🙂

  8. kendra says:

Oh immensely, I love those old films.
Almost reminds me of “His Girl Friday”.. bit less crazy/hectic though, aha

Been itching to see the first one I read you guys talking about, “Abre Los Ojos”, though always been one of the ones who liked Vanilla Sky 😛

    • David says:

Right on. I think what most differentiates Abre Los Ojos from Vanilla Sky is its slight horror bent. VS certainly possessed those elements, though I think the original plays ’em up a tad more.
