When a top 100 list of the decade lacks The Prestige and Amelié, it is time to start making your own. Plus, it seemed to be biased toward British cinema. Not sure exactly. 100 sounds daunting, especially with a limited viewership of this decade's films. Perhaps 50 would be a good number. We could correspond by email and come up with a list rather quickly I think. Starting next week, there are 5 whole weeks left in the year. Perhaps 10 a week with a small blurb by each of us on each film. I know there will be some we both haven't seen, but I think for the most part the idea will work.
