“I can’t see what you see and you can’t see what I see. So how can I know what you see?” (Film Draft)

Yi Yi: A One and a Two…

An almost three hour portrait of real life and an instant favorite of mine (watched it yesterday afternoon).

If you have the patience and don’t require boobs and explosions to enjoy a film, I guarantee you’ll love this pic. It exceeds words.

This was one of 38 films listed on a sheet of recommendations my cousin gave me three Christmases ago. The piece of paper went missing for a long while; I only recently recovered it. Looking it over, I’ve managed to see six. Based on those, I can’t wait for the other 32.

Holy Crap! Three hours. I don’t have the patience for such long films anymore. Most that reach that length do so for unnecessary reasons.

    You should share the list.

Oh, this totally earns its runtime.

I’ll put up the list tomorrow. Now is time for cake!
